高中是田径人才培养的重要阶段,高中是我国田径运动员的重要输送基地。因此高中田径队的训练质量,对我国田径事业的发展影响重大。因此本文以目前高中田径训练问题出发,包括人才选拔、素质教育、教师水平、训练方法等角度出发,分析影响高中田径队训练质量的问题,提出相应的解决对策。以求提高高中田径训练质量,为我国输送更多田径项目人才。

high school is an important stage of track and field personnel training, and high school is an important transportation base for track and field athletes in China. Therefore, the training quality of high school track team has great influence on the development of track and field in China. So in this paper the problem of high school track and field training, including talent selection, quality education, the teachers level, training methods, such as perspective, analysis problems affecting the quality of high school track team training, put forward the corresponding solution countermeasures. In order to improve the quality of track and field training in senior high school, we will provide more talents for track and field events in China.
