树立探究意识,积极正确引导。探究并不是盲目探究,而是有目的有计划性的探究.在教学实践中,培养学生的探究能力首先要引导学生树立正确的探究意识,为学生设立一个问题情境,让学生从中分析探究,寻找探究对象并深入思考提出解决方案,从而达到提高锻炼学生探究能力的目的.例如在人教版初中数学教材中,有关于"圆"的教学内容,主要是通过讲解点与圆、圆与直线之间的位置关系,从而进一步引入关于圆与多边形、如何利用圆计算弧长和扇形面积、圆周率等概念.课本内容无形和教师有形的引导,潜移默化间激发学生的自主探究能力.在初中数学中探究能力十分重要,运用得也非常普遍.教师要深刻认识到这一点,对于基础知识细讲深讲,保证学生能够充分理解,对探究知识则粗讲,以学生探究为主,教师只起引导作用.
