摘要 对学校和教师来讲,学困生的教育转化问题是我们面临的一个重大问题。能否对学困生进行积极转化,影响着教学质量的提高,也直接关系着素质教育的实施。对于我校的大部分学生,在小学里没有好的英语基础或者没有养成良好的学习习惯等原因,进入中学接触到了大量的词汇,使学生无从下手,失去了学好英语的信心,成为了学困生。因此,对这些学生学习的致困因素进行全面调查分析,找出其学习致困的原因,并实施有效的策略,将有利于全面提高教育教学质量,有利于素质教育的实施。 for schools and teachers, the problem of education transformation is a major problem facing us. It is also directly related to the implementation of education. For most of the students in our school, without good English in a primary school or did not develop good study habits, into the middle school to reach a large number of vocabulary, so that the students do not know how to start, lost the confidence of learning English, became a poor student. The trapped on these students learning factors, therefore, to conduct a comprehensive investigation and analysis, find out the reason of their learning to trapped, and implementation of effective strategies, will be conducive to improving teaching quality of education, is conducive to the implementation of quality education.
