随着网络信息技术的发展,网络在人们生活中的所占的比重越来越大,对于手机的依赖性也越来越强。有人称,手机已经成为人们日常生活中最重要的物品。因此,在手机需求量如此大的今天,手机市场营销的竞争也越来越大。在这种情况下,手机市场营销的过程中出现了大客户的精益化营销管理。本文基于手机市场营销的趋势,研究和讨论大客户精益化营销管理的理念。
