摘要
现阶段针对我国的大部分枣农来说仍然处于人工敲打、人工对落地大枣进行收集、人工进行枣与枝叶的分离的状态。本文针对采摘枣子的现状,研究提出了一种大枣采收分选一体化机。该装置通过振动装置与风机吹风相结合,实现对已成熟的大枣进行无损伤采摘;经过装置的二次枣与叶的分离后,枣的洁净率≥99%。分选后的大枣收集到网袋中,便于运输和测产。伞状收集装置通过4套曲柄连杆机构,并利用弹簧回弹力实现自动闭合,无需动力源,工作安全可靠,节能环保;该装置可采用12V蓄电池或发电机等供电,便于不同枣园作业,操作便捷,成本低廉,具有良好的市场推广前景。
at present,most jujube farmers in our country are still in the state of artificial beating,collecting and separating Chinese jujube from branches and leaves. According to the present situation of picking jujube,this paper puts forward an integrated collecting and sorting machine for jujube. Through the combination of vibration device and blower blowing,the device can pick mature jujube without damage,and after separating secondary jujube and leaf of the device,the cleanliness rate of jujube is≥99%. After sorting,jujube collected into the net bag,easy to transport and yield measurement. The umbrella collection device is automatically closed by four sets of crank and connecting rod mechanisms,and spring rebound force is used to realize automatic closure without moving The device can use 12 V battery or generator to supply power,which is easy to operate in different jujube garden,easy to operate,low in cost,and has a good market prospect.
