建筑业在我国是支柱产业之一,随着民众生活水平不断提高,建筑要求也越来越高,而基于激烈的竞争环境,从业人员众多,利润下降,向管理要效益成为企业在竞争角逐中脱颖而出的突破点。本文在此研究建筑工程管理质量的影响因素,之后根据前文分析,探索提高工程管理效果的相关措施,希望可以为工程管理提供参考。

the construction industry is one of the pillar industries in our country, as people living standard improving, architectural requirements also more and more high, and based on the competitive environment, many practitioners and falling profits, to management efficiency will become enterprise in the competition competition breakthrough. In this paper, the influence factors of construction project management quality are studied in this paper, and the relevant measures to improve the engineering management effect are explored in the light of the previous analysis, and the hope can provide reference for the project management.
