摘要
研究了在稀硫酸介质中,痕量碘离子对氯酸钾氧化酸性品红的阻抑作用及其动力学条件,建立了测定痕量碘离子的阻抑动力学光度法分析的新方法。测定碘离子的线性范围为0～0.04ug/ml,检出限量为1.1×10^(-9)g/ml。用于测定食品中痕量碘的测定。
An inhibitory kinetic spectrophotometric method was proposed for the detrmination of trace iodine.The method was based on the inhibitrory discoloring effect of iodine on the oxidation of fuchsion of fuchsin acid by KClO_3 in H_2SO_4 medium.The linear rang of determination is 0~0.04 ug/ml.The detection limit is 1.1×10^(-9) g/ml.The method has been used for the determination of traee iodine in food.
