就业导向视角下中职美术课堂教学提升学生能力路径探析

Analysis of ways to improve students' ability in secondary vocational art classroom teaching from the perspective of employment orientation

当前中职院校在进行美术教育的过程中存在多种问题,如学生未能得到实现培养和综合素质不高等问题。教师必须要对这些教学问题进行深层面的分析,探究提升课堂教育效果的策略,这样才能让中职学生实现美术专业能力的有效培养。为此本文对当前中职院校师生美术教育存在的问题进行研究,立足就业导向提出几点中职院校实施高水准美术课堂教学的路径。希望通过本次研究能够让中职院校开展更高层面的美术教学,让中职学生可以实现美术综合素养的培养。

at present,there are many problems in the process of education,such as students' failure to achieve the training and comprehensive quality.Teachers must make in-depth analysis of these teaching problems and explore strategies to improve education effect in the classroom so as to enable students in secondary vocational schools to realize the effective cultivation of art professional competence.For this purpose,this paper studies the problems existing in the education of teachers and students in the current vocational colleges,and puts forward several ways to implement high standard art classroom teaching in vocational colleges based on employment guidance.It is hoped that this research will enable the secondary vocational colleges to carry out the higher level of art teaching,so that the secondary vocational students can realize the cultivation of fine arts comprehensive quality.
