煤矿物资采购管理存在的问题及改进策略

为了适应社会不断发展的需要,国家加强了对煤矿企业的管理,不仅促进了煤矿企业的健康发展,而且扩大了煤矿企业的实际规模。管理水平的提高极大地促进了煤炭企业相应设备的升级和内部管理水平的提高。因此,作为煤炭企业的核心工作,物资采购也需要加强管理的有效性,以促进物资采购。物资采购管理的有效性将直接影响煤矿企业的成本管理,关系到企业的健康生存和长远发展。论述了煤矿生产过程中存在的物资采购管理存在的问题及现状,并提出了相应的解决办法。

in order to meet the needs of the continuous development of society,the state has strengthened the management of coal mining enterprises,not only to promote the healthy development of coal mining enterprises,but also to expand the actual scale of coal mining enterprises. The improvement of the management level has greatly promoted the upgrading of the corresponding equipment and the improvement of the internal management level of the coal enterprises. Therefore,as the core work of coal enterprises,material procurement also needs to strengthen the effectiveness of management in order to promote material procurement. The effectiveness of material procurement management will directly affect the cost management of coal mining enterprises,related to the healthy survival and long-term development of enterprises. This paper discusses the problems existing in the material purchasing management in the process of coal mine production. And the present situation,and put forward the corresponding solution.
