摘要
在初中阶段开展德育教学的办法和措施是多种多样的,而结合积极心理学的研究,如何利用这一心理学分支的研究成果,使其能够真正有益于初中德育的教学开展,成为教师仍在探究的问题。对此,文章基于初中班主任班级管理现状,主要分析了初中班主任德育工作中积极心理学应用策略。
