现代教育改革不断追求的目标是,让每一位学生人尽其才,尽可能挖掘学生的最大潜能。学生选择高职教育是适应经济社会发展、建设人力资源强国和终身教育的必然要求。因此,要实现素质教育的目标,就必须重视培养和提升高职学生的学校认同感。本文从此出发点,主要探讨了当前高职学生对学校的认同感现状、影响高职学生对学校认同感的因素及培养和提升的主要措施。

the modern education reform goal is to let each student to find out the biggest potential of the students as much as possible. Students of higher vocational education is to adapt to the economic and social development,the construction of human resources power and the inevitable requirement of lifelong education. Therefore,to achieve the goal of quality education,we must pay attention to the training and promote higher vocational school students identification. From this starting point,this paper mainly discusses the current status of higher vocational students for the school's sense of self-identity and the influencing factors of vocational students' sense of identity to the school and the main measures of cultivation and promotion.
