摘要
随着经济的发展,社会的进步,教育受到了广泛的关注。在整个教育体系中中职教育占有一定的地位,同时发挥着至关重要的作用。在中职教育中,学前教育是十分重要的专业,但实际上,学前教育专业学生就业情况并不理想。之所以造成这样的原因,是因为学前教育专业学生全面能力与现代幼儿教育存在一定的差异。其职业能力与职业需求相背离,最终导致职业满意度较低。因此,促进学生就业,应从培养全面能力着手。
with the development of economy and the progress of society,education has attracted wide attention. In the whole education system,secondary vocational education occupies a certain position and plays a vital role at the same time. Preschool education is a very important profession in secondary vocational education,but in fact,the employment situation of preschool education majors is not ideal. The reason is that there are some differences between preschool education students' comprehensive ability and modern preschool education. Their professional ability and career demand deviate from each other,which leads to lower job satisfaction. Therefore,to promote students' employment,we should start with training all-round abilities.
