摘要
在新时期教育领域,教学逐渐向着学习共同体方向发展。在此背景下,有关青年教师在信息素养方面的要求明显提高。然而,当前青年教师群体,在信息素养方面存在较大问题,比如说在课件制作方面,网络平台使用以及学科整合方面,仍存在一些问题。鉴于此,笔者主要围绕在学习共同体背景下,如何提高青年教师信息素养,展开有效分析。
in the field of education in the new period,teaching gradually develops towards the direction of learning community. In this context,the requirements on information literacy of young teachers have been significantly improved. However,there are big problems in the information literacy of young teachers,such as courseware production,the use of network platform and the integration of subjects. In view of this,the author mainly focuses on how to improve the information literacy of young teachers under the background of learning community and conducts effective analysis.
