摘要
旋回破碎机是矿山企业破碎系统的主体设备。司家营铁矿氧化矿生产系统的破碎加工工艺为粗破、中碎、筛分、细碎,即矿石先经过旋回破碎机(粗破)加工处理,再通过圆锥破碎机(中碎)把粗破后的矿石粒度进一步降低,之后把破碎后的矿石输送给圆振筛(筛分)进行筛选,符合球磨粒度要求的矿石输送给球磨系统,不符合球磨粒度要求的矿石则返回至圆锥破碎机(细碎)进一步加工。针对旋回破碎机因偏心套过早失效而影响其使用周期的问题,从旋回破碎机的结构和使用工矿出发,阐述了影响偏心套过早失效的因素,探讨了提高偏心套使用寿命的措施,以期延长旋回破碎机的使用周期。
Rotary crusher is the main equipment of crushing system in mining enterprises. The crushing and processing technology of the oxidized ore production system of Sijiaying Iron Mine is coarse broken, medium broken, sifted and fine broken, that is, the ore is processed first by rotary crusher(rough breaking). Then the coarse broken ore size is further reduced by a cone crusher, and then the broken ore is transported to a circular vibrating screen(sieving) for screening, and the ore that meets the requirements of ball milling granularity is transported to the ball mill system. Ores that do not meet the requirements of ball milling granularity are returned to the cone crusher for further processing. The life cycle of the rotary crusher is affected by the premature failure of the eccentricity sleeve. Starting from the structure of the rotary crusher and the use of industrial mines, this paper expounds the factors affecting the premature failure of the eccentric sleeve, and probes into the measures to increase the service life of the eccentric sleeve, with a view to prolonging the service cycle of the rotary crusher.
