摘要 本文结合IA平台在福清核电厂非安全级DCS项目的实践应用,介绍核电厂DCS控制站的输入输出配置方法。首先从先验要求方面分析了在系统软件设计阶段需要考虑的问题,然后从后验要求方面介绍了在输入输出配置完成后如何评估和改进,最后从机柜布置要求角度提出了输入输出配置过程中应该考虑的其他问题。本文包含核电厂DCS控制站输入输出配置方法的设计原则、工程经验和具体问题解决方案,能够指导工程实践。 This paper introduces the input and output configuration method of DCS control station in nuclear power plant, referring to the practical application of IA platform in Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant non-safety DCS project. Firstly, the problems that need to be considered in the system software design phase are analyzed from the a priori requirements. Then, how to evaluate and improve the input and output configuration after the completion of the input requirements is introduced. Finally, other issues that should be considered during the input and output configuration process is proposed from the perspective of the cabinet layout requirements. This article contains the design principles, engineering experience and specific problem solutions for the input and output configuration methods of the DCS control station in a nuclear power plant, which can guide the engineering practice.
