摘要
本文提出了一种新型多功能触觉传感器的硬件电路系统,多功能触觉传感器采集到的信号经过信号调理电路放大、滤波、抬升,经单片机进行A/D转换,然后经串口将数据传到上位机。触滑觉信号检测实验验证了该硬件电路在检测物体纹理特征和分辨物体种类上的实用性;50次重复性实验,该系统在检测区分物体种类上的成功率高达94.5%,表明该硬件电路的系统稳定性好。该研究对以后智能机器人和智能假肢的发展提供了新的技术支持。
This paper developed a new multi-functional touch sensor hardware circuit system, multi-function touch sensor signal collected by the signal conditioning circuit to enlarge, filter, uplift, the A/D converter by the microcontroller, and then through the serial data transfer To the host computer. Tactile signal detection experiment is the hardware circuit in the detection of texture features of the object, the type of object to identify the verification of the practicality of the circuit. The detection success rate on the type of object is as high as 94.5%, which indicates that the system stability of the hardware circuit is good.
