摘要
基于风电机组BLADED参数化模型,介绍了造成风轮不平衡的原因以及对风电机组的影响,对兆瓦级风电机组风轮不平衡时各部件的载荷特性进行了理论分析计算。利用风电专用软件GH BLADED对风轮不平衡时风电机组各部件载荷特性进行了相关的仿真分析。仿真结果表明,理论计算与仿真结果一致,叶片气动不平衡会造成机组的振动冲击,而且在1倍转频处振动冲击最大,通过对风力发电机组风轮不平衡载荷特性的分析,有利于机组载荷控制技术的研究,对进一步提高大型机组的可靠性具有重要意义。
Based on the BLADED parameterization model of wind turbine, the cause of the imbalance of the wind turbine and the influence on the wind turbine are introduced. The load characteristics of the components of the MW wind turbine of unbalanced rotor are analyzed. The simulation analysis is carried out by use of GH BLADED software. The simulation results show that the aerodynamic unbalance of the blade will cause the vibration of wind turbine, and the maximum vibration is at the 1 times of the rotation frequency. Through the analysis of the unbalanced load characteristics of the wind turbine, it is conducive to the research of the load control technology of wind turbine, and is of great significance for further improving the reliability of large wind turbine.
