文章以我校计算机数字媒体艺术专业高技班影视后期课程为研究对象,选取不同层次学生课业训练不同实施模式作为研究样本,对"做、展、评、聘"课业训练模式的做法以实际运作的情况进行了阐述,对带来的成效进行了量化的统计与分析,并对其中易出现的问题提出较有效的防范措施,继而提出对不同层次的学生课业训练实施的方法及对策。

Then the methods and countermeasures for the implementation of different levels of student's job training were proposed.
