"饮食文化"是展示城市民俗文化的窗口,是城市品牌文化的重要基因,在城市特色文化发展的进程中,本土饮食文化成为城市品牌传播的重要民俗符号。武汉因其优越的地理位置和独特的饮食习惯,在饮食文化方面也有着别具一格的特色。分析武汉美食文化的发展现状以及特点,以"汉味"文化品牌案例来探讨其饮食文化的品牌价值,对传播和弘扬武汉饮食文化,创新和塑造武汉美食文化品牌,丰富武汉城市品牌价值,具有十分重要的意义。
Food culture" is the window to show the urban folk culture,and also is an important genes of city brand culture. In the process of city unique cultural development, local food culture has become an important folk custom sign of city brand communication. Wuhan has a unique characteristic in the food culture for its geographic superiority and unique dietary habits. The paper analyzed the development present situation and characteristics of wuhan food culture, and took "Hanwer" culture brand as an example to discussed the brand value of food culture.it is the very significance that it helps to propagate and enhancing Wuhan food culture, and to innovate and mould Wuhan food brand, to rich Wuhan city brand value.
