大学生企业家精神培育的创新与实践——以云南省高校为例

The Innovation and Practice on the Cultivation of College Students' Entrepreneurship——Taking Colleges and Universities in Yunnan Province for Example

高校创业教育的关键在于培育大学生的企业家精神。在研究云南高校大学生企业家精神培育存在的顶层设计不完善、教学模式创新性欠缺、缺少校园创业文化的支撑、与本土文化资本融合不力等问题的基础上,以及在挖掘和利用"马帮精神"等优势资源的同时,提出了巩固和完善"第一课堂"、强化和拓展"第二课堂"、创新和构建"第三课堂"的对策,打造具有西南边疆特色的大学生企业家精神教育模式。

The key of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is cultivating col lege students' entrepreneurial spirit. On the basis of the problem research of Yunnan university students' entrepreneurship:theimperfect top design, lacking of the innovative teaching mode, shortage of the supporting in the campusentrepreneurial culture, not combining with the capital and local culture, and in the mining and use of theadvantages of 'the caravan spirit' of resources etc. Put forward the following countermeasures:consolidating andimproving the 'first class', strengthening and expanding the 'second classroom', innovating and constructing the 'third class',to construct college students' entrepreneurship education mode with the characteristic of southwest frontier
