美容心理咨询师防范医疗纠纷胜任力探析

Analysis of the competency of cosmetic psychological counselors in the prevention of medical disputes

目的探析美容心理咨询师胜任力对防范美容医疗纠纷的影响。方法将自2015年2月至2018年2月收治的300例容貌有缺陷的患者根据随机数表法将其分为两组,每组150例。对照组接受常规心理护理管理;观察组接受美容心理评估、干预与咨询管理;同时比较两组患者的心理状况、生活质量及满意度。结果观察组的心理状况优于对照组,生活质量高于对照组,满意度高于对照组,医疗纠纷发生率低于对照组,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对容貌有缺陷的患者,美容心理咨询师良好的胜任力对于改善患者的心理状态,调整术后效果预期,提升术后满意度、生活质量以及预防医疗纠纷的发生具有重要意义。

Objective To analyze the influence of the competency of cosmetic psychological counselors in the prevention of medical disputes. Methods From February 2015 to 2018, the clinical data of 300 patients with defects of the physiognomy were retrospectively analyzed. Patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table, with 150 cases in each group. The control group was given routine psychological nursing management, while the observation group was given cosmetic psychological assessment, intervention, and consultation. The psychological status, quality of life, and satisfaction between the two groups were compared. Results The psychological status, quality of life, and satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence rate of medical disputes in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion For patients with defects of the physiognomy, competent cosmetic counselors can improve patients′ psychological status, help to adjust their expectation of postoperative outcomes, increase the satisfaction and quality of life, and prevent medical disputes. This approach has great significance.
