复合果酸生物膜改善健康人面部肤质的临床研究 被引量:2

Clinical study of compound glycolic acid bio-film in the improvement of facial skin texture in healthy people

摘要 目的探讨复合果酸生物膜对健康人群肤质的改善效果。方法自2016年11月至2017年3月招募30例健康受试者,随机分为实验组和对照组,于2个月内间断使用复合果酸生物膜或润肤乳,应用Visia皮肤检测仪检测不同时间点的肤质评分变化。结果应用对应产品1个月后,实验组及对照组肤质评分变化无明显差异;应用2个月后,实验组毛孔大小和肤质较对照组明显改善。实验组超过90%的受试者自觉有改善。结论复合果酸生物膜具有改善健康人面部毛孔粗大,减少痤疮杆菌定植的功能。 Objective To explore the efficacy of compound glycolic acid bio-film in the improvement of facial skin texture in healthy people. Methods Thirty healthy volunteers were enrolled and randomly divided into an experimental and a control group. Compound glycolic acid bio-film and moisturizer was applied in the experimental group, 3 times a week for 2 months. Only moisturizer was applied in the control group. The facial texture was measured by VISIA Complexion Analysis System. Results There was no significant difference in the score of skin texture in the experimental and the control group at 1 month after treatment. However, the pores and porphyrin in the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group. Over 90% of the volunteers in the experimental group were conscious of improvement. Conclusion Compound glycolic acid bio-film can improve the enlarged pores and reduce the colonization of acnes bacilli.
