透明质酸填充致左颞部血管栓塞后脱发一例 被引量：1

摘要 1病例资料患者女性,28岁,因左侧额颞部透明质酸注射填充后出现青紫色瘀斑及肿胀疼痛2 d就诊(图1a)。患者于2017年8月4日接受双侧颞部透明质酸注射填充术。以23 G钝针于皮下脂肪层注射,产品为注射用透明质酸钠凝胶[韩国LG Chem,Ltd. YVOIRE volumes,国食药监械(进)字2014第3461856号]。
