开放式耳软骨移植重塑鼻尖外形的疗效观察

Efficacy of open auricular cartilage transplantation in the remodeling of the nasal tip

目的探讨采用耳软骨移植重塑鼻尖外形的疗效。方法自2015年5月至2017年10月,直视下采用耳软骨移植重塑25例患者的鼻尖外形。鼻尖低平18例,鼻尖轻度上旋伴鼻孔外露4例,鼻尖低垂伴鼻根鼻背低平3例。20例为首次手术,5例为二次修复手术。结果患者术后切口均一期愈合,耳软骨供区未变形。所有患者获随访3～12个月,术后瘢痕不明显,鼻尖外形精巧,圆润自然,结构清晰,颜色及手感满意,无鼻尖皮肤发红等并发症。结论采用耳软骨移植重塑鼻尖,可改善缺陷的鼻尖外形,提升了面部的整体美感,使鼻部的形态、结构和功能完美结合。

Objective To explore the efficacy of open auricular cartilage transplantation in the remodeling of the nasal tip.Methods From May 2015 to October 2017,the nasal tips of 25 patients were reconstructed using auricular cartilage under direct vision.There were 3 males and 22 females,aged from 17 to 37 years.Among the 25 patients,there were 18 cases with flat nasal tips,4 cases with a slight upward turning of the nasal tip combined with exposure of the nostrils,and 3 cases with low nasal tip associated with flat root and bridge of nose.Twenty patients underwent the first operation,and in 5 cases a second operation was necessary.Results All incisions healed by first intention.No deformities or complications occurred in the auricle cartilage donor site.All patients were followed up from 3 to 12 months.The postoperative scar was not obvious.The appearance,contour,color,and touch sensation of the nose was satisfactory and no complications to include prosthesis exposure or redness of the nasal tip skin occurred.Conclusion Application of the auricular cartilage in the remodeling of the nasal tip can improve the shape of the nasal tip and enhance the overall aesthetics of the face.The nasal morphology,structure,and function combine effectively.
