改良眶隔脂肪释放睑袋整复术在下睑凹陷伴泪沟畸形中的应用分析

Clinical analysis of modified orbital fat-releasing lower blepharoplasty in the treatment of lower eyelid depression with lacrimal sulcus deformity

目的探讨改良眶隔脂肪释放睑袋整复术在下睑凹陷伴泪沟畸形中的应用。方法自2016年10月至2017年10月,将接受睑袋整形术的20例下睑凹陷泪沟畸形的患者作为研究对象,手术选择改良眶隔脂肪释放术式,将有限的眶隔脂肪精确地固定在重度泪沟畸形的浅层组织。结果 20例患者术后获随访6～24个月,术后效果良好,患者满意,无并发症。结论改良眶隔脂肪释放睑袋整复术在下睑凹陷伴泪沟畸形的患者中获得较满意的临床效果,术后效果更自然。

Objective To explore the application of modified orbital fat-releasing lower blepharoplasty in the treatment of lower eyelid depression with lacrimal sulcus deformity.Methods From October 2016 to 2017,20 patients with lower eyelid depression and lacrimal sulcus deformity who underwent blepharoplasty were selected as study subjects.Modified orbital fat-releasing lower blepharoplasty was selected as the treatment option,and limited orbital fat was precisely fixed to the superficial layer tissue of the severe lacrimal sulcus deformity.Results All patients were followed up from 6 to 24 months.Postoperative efficacy was good and patients were satisfied with the outcome.No complications occurred.Conclusion The application of modified orbital fat-releasing lower blepharoplasty in the treatment of lower eyelid depression with lacrimal sulcus deformity can achieve satisfactory results.Postoperatively,patients were able to achieve a more natural appearance.
