摘要
20世纪60年代,皮肤软组织扩张术开始应用于耳再造,90年代扩张法耳再造在我国得到了推广。现对皮肤软组织扩张术应用于耳郭再造的历史及现状进行回顾和总结,并针对扩张法耳再造术式的优点和存在的问题进行评述。
In the 1960’s,skin and soft tissue expansion began to be applied in auricle reconstruction.In the 1990’s,auricle reconstruction with the expansion method was popularized in our country.In this paper,the history and present situation of the application of skin and soft tissue expansion in auricle reconstruction were reviewed and summarized.The advantages and disadvantages of the expansion method for auricle reconstruction were discussed with commentary.
