“一”字形切口矫正内眦赘皮并修复下睑袋

Epicanthus correction and lower eyelid blepharoplasty with a transverse skin incision

目的探讨"一"字形切口矫正内眦赘皮和修复下睑袋的临床效果。方法对单睑伴有内眦赘皮及下睑袋的83例女性患者采用"一"字形切口矫正内眦赘皮并去除下睑眶隔脂肪,常规行切开法重睑成形术。术后随访6个月,评估临床效果、并发症发生率和患者满意度。结果术后6个月时,无内眦切口增生性瘢痕发生,所有患者对切口外观较满意;内眦赘皮矫正不足6只眼,2例患者因为内眦赘皮"矫正过度"表示不满意。结论该手术方法操作简单,矫正效果良好,增生性瘢痕发生率较低,特别适合需要同时矫正内眦赘皮和下睑袋的患者。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of a transverse skin incision in the correction of the epicanthus and lower eyelid blepharoplasty.Methods For 83 female patients with foldless epicanthus and lower eyelid pouch,a transverse skin incision was adopted to correct the epicanthus and remove orbital septum fat in the lower eyelid.Double eyelid plasty was performed by the conventional method.All patients were followed up for 6 months.The clinical efficacy,complications,and patient satisfaction rate were evaluated.Results At 6 months after the operation,the incidence rate of hypertrophic scar in the epicanthus incision was 0.All patients were satisfied with the outcome.Epicanthus correction was necessary in less than 6 eyes.Two patients were unsatisfied with the results because of excessive resection.Conclusion This method of transverse skin incision was a simple procedure.The efficacy was good and the incidence rate of hypertrophic scar was low.It is suitable for simultaneously correcting a foldless epicanthus and lower eyelid pouch.
