脂肪抽吸和脂肪移植在臀部塑形的应用及经验

Application and experience of liposuction and adipose transplantation in gluteal contouring

目的探讨吸脂或联合脂肪填充在臀部塑形的应用及其并发症防治。方法自2014年1月至2018年3月,对227例臀部形态不佳者采用单纯吸脂或联合脂肪移植的方法进行臀部塑形及效果评价,回顾分析其臀部形态分类及手术策略,并讨论并发症防治。结果 209例患者获随访6个月,192例(91.8%)患者对术后臀部塑形效果较满意,无栓塞、感染、血肿或明显的臀部畸形等并发症发生。结论采用脂肪抽吸或联合脂肪移植技术对臀部塑形有较理想的治疗效果;熟悉臀部美学标准和解剖结构,做到层次准确且适量抽吸/填充,可以减少术后并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the efficacy and prevention of complications of liposuction versus combined adipose transplantation in gluteal contouring.Methods From January 2014 to March 2018,227 patients who were unsatisfied with their gluteal shape underwent liposuction or combined adipose transplantation.The morphological classification and surgical strategy of the buttocks was retrospective analyzed.The efficacy and complications were evaluated at 6 months post-surgery.Results A total of 209 patients completed follow up at 6 months.Of the 227 patients,192(91.8%)patients were satisfied with the postoperative gluteal appearance.No complications,to include fat embolism,infection,hematoma,or gluteal deformity occurred.Conclusion Liposuction combined with adipose transplantation can significantly improve gluteal contour.A good understanding of local anatomy and the aesthetic standard of the buttocks,performing transplantation within the accurate layer,and avoiding excessive liposuction can significantly reduce the incidence of complications.
