透明质酸软组织填充剂理化性质和体外酶解时间的对比研究 被引量:4

Comparative study on the physicochemical properties and in vitro enzymatic hydrolysis time of hyaluronic acid soft tissue filling agents

摘要 目的探究并比较不同透明质酸(hyaluronic acid, HA)填充剂的理化性质和体外酶解时间。方法通过实验并结合文献,对国内外市场上常见的几种HA软组织填充剂的理化性质和体外酶解进行了对比研究。结果显微镜下观察可见,双相HA填充剂有边界清晰的颗粒,单相HA填充剂没有;双相HA填充剂的G′和G′′均比单相产品大;单相产品内聚性明显好于双相产品;体外酶解时间和修饰度均与产品单/双相无关,每个品牌的HA填充剂之间差异较大。结论研究结果对指导设计特定类型的HA填充剂和优化HA软组织填充剂在临床上合理使用有重要意义。 Objective To explore and compare the physicochemical properties and in vitro enzymatic hydrolysis time of hyaluronic acid(HA)soft tissue filling agents.Methods Through experiments and available literature,the rheological,cohesive,supportive,modification,physicochemical properties,in vitro enzymatic hydrolysis,and micrographs of fifteen HA soft tissue filling agents commonly used in domestic and foreign markets were compared.Results Biphasic HA soft tissue filling agents had clear-cut particles,while monophasic HA fillers did not.Generally,biphasic HA soft tissue filling agents had larger G’and G'than monophasic HA soft tissue filling agents.There was no obvious pattern in the supportive properties.But for cohesiveness,monophasic products were significantly better than biphasic products.In vitro,enzymatic hydrolysis time and the degree of modification were significantly different between the brands of HA soft tissue filling agent and did not reflect dependence on monophasic/biphasic products.Conclusion This study had important significance for guiding the design of a specific type of HA soft tissue filling agent and its rational application in clinic.
