眶隔重置法重睑成形术

Double-eyelid blepharoplasty with orbital septum replacement

目的探讨眶隔重置法重睑成形术在临床上的应用效果。方法将50例单睑女性求美者随机分为实验组(25例和对照组(25例)。实验组采用眶隔重置法行重睑成形术:切开眼轮匝肌显露眶隔后,在眶隔与提肌腱膜融合点上方约4 mm横行切开眶隔,将其下置与切口下唇皮肤、眼轮匝肌缝合固定,修剪多余眶隔,间断缝合闭合皮肤切口。对照组采用传统方法手术。结果经6个月随访,实验组求美者的重睑瘢痕较轻、凹陷不明显,'肉条感'比例少,术中术后双眼不对称比例较传统术式少,术后水肿程度较轻,恢复后的重睑更加自然。结论与传统重睑成形术式相比,眶隔重置法重睑成形术具有较为灵活的粘连方式,加之组织去除量较少,使上睑组织结构破坏也较少,故形成的重睑更加自然,恢复时间较短,并发症较少,可作为一种新的重睑成形术式。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of double-eyelid blepharoplasty with orbital septum replacement.Methods Fifty female volunteers were recruited and randomly divided into an experiment group(25 cases)and a control group(25 cases).In the experiment group,an orbital septum replacement technique was utilized.The orbicularis oculi muscle was cut and the orbital septum was exposed.The orbital septum was incised transversely at 4 mm above the fusion point of the orbital septum and levator aponeurosis,and placed,sutured,and fixed with lower lip skin and orbicularis oculi muscle.Excess orbital septum was pruned,and the skin incision was intermittently sutured.Traditional double-eyelid blepharoplasty was performed in the control group.Results After a follow-up visit at six months,volunteers from the experimental group had less scarring,inconspicuous depression,a less bloated feeling,less ratio of intraoperat ive and postoperative binoculus asymmetry,less postoperative edema,and more natural double eyelids than the control group.Conclusion Compared with traditional double-eyelid blepharoplasty,double-eyelid blepharoplasty with orbital septum replacement had a flexible adhesion mode,less tissue cutting,and less upper eyelid tissue structure destruction.Therefore,the double eyelid was natural,recovery time was short,and complications were fewer.It can be used as a newdouble-eyelid blepharoplasty technique.
