通过38例夜惊症临床资料分析总结丁元庆教授从营卫失常论治本病的经验。夜惊症以阴阳失调,阴不能闭,阳失其藏,神不安宁,营卫失和为基本病机。有虚实之分,虚证以阴虚血瘀、阴亏火旺为主;实证以瘀热扰心、痰热内结、郁热内扰多见。治疗以龙齿二阴煎为基本处方,出入化裁。

Through the clinical data of 38 cases of night terrors,we analysis and summary Professor DING Yuanqing’s experience on treatment of the disease based on Ying and Wei arrhythmia.Professor DING Yuanqing puts forward that the basic pathogenesis of night terrors is the imbalance of yin and Yang.Yin cannot be stored while Yang fail to be reserved,which leads to the loss of the peace of spirit as well as the balance of Ying and Wei.Syndrome differentiation and treatment is mixed with asthe-nia and sthenia.Asthenic syndrome is occupied with Yin deficiency and blood stasis as well as Yin asthenia causing fire.Sthenic syndrome is mainly on Stasis heat disturbing,Phlegm heat retention,Stagnated heat of internal disturbance.Treatment with Long-Chi-ErYin Decoction is the basic prescription,which varies based on the specific condition.
