摘要 本文首先引用了各种公开的数据,说明了睡眠质量对于健康的意义,以及改善睡眠环境对于改善睡眠质量的重要性。然后介绍了一种可以用于改善睡眠的睡眠监测系统以及与之组成闭环反馈系统的环境家电。文中从睡眠监测的系统构成、实现与验证方法、干预手段以及联动策略等角度多方位介绍了该系统的原理和应用。在陈述原理的同时也陈列了系统设计的大量理论依据。最后,本文展望了这种睡眠监测及干预系统的未来发展方向。 Sleep,as a major part of life,has been revealed by previous researches to be associated to many chronic diseases. This article means to introduce a system,which is designed to monitor the sleeping stages and communicate with environmental appliances. Sleep monitoring is implemented by acquiring vital signs like heart rate and respiration rate,as well as body movement. Sleep stages are then derived from the change of these parameters over sleep period. The communication with environmental appliances like air-conditionings,electric fans and smart lights and their interventions to sleep environment forms a close loop,which works to improve users' sleep quality by improving their sleep environment according to different stages of sleep. The article started from the significance of sleep quality to health with some data and references. Then the introduction to the above-mentioned system followed from several dimensions,such as literature evidences of system application,system scheme and configuration,and the development and verification of the system. Finally,a brief discussion to future expension of the system ended up the article.
