摘要
本文利用VisualBasic6.0语言进行多元水盐体系相图的计算机辅助工艺计算。以开发新疆罗布泊地区卤水25℃时蒸发过程的相图计算程序为例,进行了各阶段的盐析量及蒸发水量的计算。该程序解决了多元水盐体系相图工艺计算中作图、读图、计算繁琐和费时费力的问题,可直接应用指导工艺研究。计算程序具有界面友好、操作方便、运行可靠稳定等优点,证明了在多元水盐体系的相图计算中采用VisualBasic6.0语言开发特定过程相图计算程序是可行的。
Computer assisted technology calculation of the system of multicomponent salt-water system has been studied by using a visible program designing language VB.As an example for use,the quantity of salts crystallized and water evaporated from the brine of Luobupo Lake in Xinjiang when evaporated at 25℃ have been calculated.The method is more simple,convenient and faster than conventional one,and can be used for the study on technology and production.
