山西省节水高效农业建设探讨

水是影响农业生产与粮食安全和社会经济可持续发展一大制约性的因素。山西省是严重的资源型缺水省份,农业用水要从传统的粗放性灌溉农业和旱地雨养农业转变为节水高效的现代灌溉农业和现代旱地农业,其核心是提高水的利用效率,应重视旱地农业的发展,实施水旱并举、全面发展的方针。建设节水高效农业是保证粮食供给、改善我省生态环境的基本战略措施,是缓解工农业之间和城乡之间用水矛盾的有效途径。

This paper discusses the necessity,possibility,key contents,and ways of building the water-saving and high-efficiency agriculture,and introduces the new technology's application in building the water-saving and high-efficiency agriculture.
