摘要
淀粉作为一种天然高分子物质,是比较理想的绿色试剂原材料,文中从近年来淀粉改性研究中涉及的化学反应入手,对在水处理方面应用的淀粉改性产品进行了分类综述。
Starch, a beautiful natural material, have widely been studying and developing into green reagents. Chemical reactions and processes of modifying starch were reviewed, such as graft copolymerization and cationization. The modified starches were characterized by IR and Xradiation spectrum. Result shows that they are classified into nonion starch, cationic starch, anionic starch and amphoteric starch according to their structure features. Applications of the modified starchs in water treatment were reviewed.
