交联甲基丙烯酸二甲胺乙酯的微波合成及性能 被引量:3

摘要 以甲基丙烯酸二甲酯和交联剂在微波条件下共聚反应,并与常规热聚合比较,发现微波辐射能使甲基丙烯酸二甲酯较常规法更快交联聚合,产率高;生成产物用于离子吸附能有效地吸附铜、金等金属离子,测定了pH对吸附率的影响、平衡速率和等温吸附线。 Crosslinked poly (di methylamino ethyl methacrylate) was synthesized under microwave irradiation. As compared to normal synthesis, synthesis rate of microwave irradiation was faster than that of normal synthesis and conversion was higher than that of later. If applied to metalion adsorption, crosslinked poly (di methylalmino ethyl methacrylate) can adsorb efficiently some metalion; the influence of pH on ratio of adsorption was studied, equilibriumrate of adsorption and adsorption isometer line was measured.
