摘要
考察了PVC经两种PHMS(202#和206#)在HaakeRheomix600P密炼机上反应加工改性后热学及力学性能的变化。结果发现,经PHMS改性后,PVC的耐热性能提高。在不同工艺条件下,当PHMS的含量在一定范围内变化时,PVC的冲击强度、拉伸强度以及硬度均有所增强。而206#含量超过1.8份时,上述三种力学性能又有下降的趋势。少量Si-H基团含量较高的202#(0.2~0.6份)改性PVC的效果较206#好。
The thermal and mechanical properties of PVC modified by reactive processing with two kinds of PHMS were studied in this paper. The results show that the heat stability of PVC is improved. The impact strength,tensile strength and hardness of PVC become better, but the mechanical properties decrease when the phr of 206# exceeded 1.8. In addition, 202# can get better results than 206#.
