摘要
首次提出聚氨酯/沸石型有机-无机杂化的新模式,并选用表面富含活泼羟基且含有微孔直径大于0.7nm的沸石分子筛,制备出聚氨酯/沸石分子筛新型杂化材料。结果表明,其性能远优于纯聚氨酯的性能,与聚氨酯/有机蒙脱土纳米复合材料的力学性能和耐热性能相近,但耐溶剂性能和回弹性能优于前者。XRD分析表明分子筛在杂化材料中保持原状,FT-IR证实TDI能够与沸石分子筛表面的硅羟基进行接枝反应。
The new model of PU/zeolite hybrid materials was first proposed in this paper. The novel PU/zeolite hybrid materials were synthesised with zeolite which has lots of active -OH in the surface. The microporous diameter of zeolites is greater than 0.7 nm. The properties of the hybrid materials have been studied. The results show that the properties of PU/zeolite hybrid materials are much better than that of pure PU, the mechanical properties and the heat resistance of which are as good as that of PU/MMT nonacomposites,and both the solvent resistance and rebound of which are superior to the latter. The XRD shows that zeolite without changing in the hybrid materials. The FTIR proves that the grafting reaction can happen between TDI and Si-OH in the surface of the zeolites.
