摘要
基于模糊数学原理,以反映煤灰特性的5个常用指标(软化温度t2、硅比G、硅铝比SiO2/Al2O3、碱酸比B/A和综合指数R)以及反映锅炉运行情况的两个指标(无因次炉膛最高温度φt和无因次实际切圆直径φd)构成评判因素集,对5个锅炉进行综合评判,评判结果与实际相符。还对隶属函数做了一些必要的改进,并分别用改进前后的隶属函数模型对10个受检对象进行评判,结果表明,隶属函数的改进是合理的,它提高了模型评判的准确率。
Based on the Fuzzy Sets principles, this article selected five usual indices, which reflect the coal ash抯 properties, and two indices related with the boilers operational status as factor sets. Using this model to predict the slagging tendency of five boilers, the predicted results completely conform to the actual operating conditions. This article improved the subordinate function of the model. In order to contrast the two models effect, use both the original model and the improved model to judge ten samples. The result indicates that the improved model is better; its precision is higher than the original model.
