摘要
循环流化床锅炉已经在很多领域得到应用。但由于它自身特点,决定了常规控制方法难以取得理想的控制效果。作为对循环流化床锅炉控制系统的探索,提出了双设备冗余解耦控制系统。此系统在硬件上实现了双设备冗余,提高了系统的安全稳定性;在控制原理上,把神经网络引入到循环流化床锅炉的解耦控制中,提高了控制品质,取得良好的经济效益,具有良好的应用前景。
Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler (CFBB) has been applied in many areas. However using the normal control method is hard to obtain the perfect result because of CFBBs own character. As an attempt of CFBBs control system, the paper presents a double equipments redundancy and decoupling control system. The hardware of this system apply the double equipments redundancy, increasing the system stability. And Neural Networks is applied in the decoupling control system of CFBB, increasing the control quality. The practice has proven then the control system has a good application future.
