不同粉碎形式下鱼粉的粉碎粒度

The studies on differences in granularity of fish meal in different comminuting form

摘要 本试验采用锤片式粉碎机、高速万能粉碎机及超微粉碎机3种粉碎形式,对秘鲁产红鱼粉的粉碎粒度进行了检测。结果表明锤片式粉碎机粉碎粒度较大,粒度不均匀,存在过度粉碎的情况;高速万能粉碎机能粉碎得较细,但其粒度分布范围较宽;经超微粉碎机得到的物料粒度较细且均匀。 Hammer pulverizer, omnipotence pulverizer and supertiny pulverizer was applied in measuring the difference in granularity of imported Peru fish meal in these different comminuting form. The results showed that hammer pulverizer shattered the fish meal into larger pellet than omnipotence pulverizer and tiny pulverizer, and the scale of granularity was wider. The granularity of supertiny pulverizer was more uniform compared to that of omnipotence pulverizer.
