摘要
水泥工业向低碳转型的四大技术途径是:提高水泥生产效率,降低水泥单位能耗;发展协同处置技术,将各种可燃废弃物用作水泥窑的替代燃料;降低水泥的熟料系数,研发混合材深加工技术;应用碳捕集CCS技术。根据世界主要水泥生产国家的信息和技术资料,以及中国水泥工业的具体情况,研究和预测2030年和2050年世界及中国水泥工业的八项重要指标的发展变化趋势及其结果数据。
There are four technical approaches to low-carbon transformation of cement industry,including increasing production efficiency to reduce unit cement power consumption, and using combustible waste as substituting fuel by developing cooperative disposal technique, developing mixed material deep processing technology to reduce the clinker index and applying carbon capture and storage(CCS)technology. According to the technical information of the world’s major cement producing countries, as well as the specific situation of China’s cement industry, the development trend and results of eight important indexes of the world and China cement industry in the 2030 and 2050 are studied and predicted.
