摘要
利用水泥窑炉协同处置固体废弃物(城镇生活垃圾、污泥和危险废弃物等)是一种节能环保、利国利民的最佳处置技术:处置温度高,确保二噁英彻底降解;处置空间大,工况稳定;停留时间长,消毒彻底;处置能力大,减容效果好;水泥生产系统运行时为碱性气氛,确保环境安全;水泥窑炉系统生产时负压运行,消除二次污染;水泥窑炉内的气流运动具有强烈湍流特征,提高焚烧效率;水泥窑炉排出的废气是绝对安全的烘干介质。能彻底消除二次污染,实现无害化、减量化、资源化、集约化的四化要求。水泥窑炉协同处置固体废弃物,对生态环境安全的保障最好,所需的新增设备和投资最少,工期短,见效快,最经济。
The cooperative disposal of solid waste(urban domestic waste, sludge and hazardous waste, etc) by cement kiln is the best disposal technology to save energy and environmental protection. It has advantages such as high disposal temperature to ensure dioxins completely degraded,large disposal space and stable working conditions, long residence time and thorough disinfection,large disposal capacity and good capacity reduction effect, safety environment owing to alkaline atmosphere during the cement production,elimination of twice pollution owing to negative pressure operation during the cement production, strong turbulence characteristic of the airflow movement in cement kiln to improve the incineration efficiency and The absolutely safe exhaust gas discharged from cement kiln which could be used as drying medium. Using this technology could completely eliminate twice pollution and achieve the requirements of harmless, quantity reduction,reclamation, intensification.Cement kiln Cooperative disposal of solid waste has a good protection for ecological environment and need for the least new equipment and investment.
