摘要
介绍了用煤矸石替代部分泥岩在带余热发电回转窑上煅烧水泥熟料的应用情况,及其煅烧过程出现的问题和采取的应对措施。结果表明,用煤矸石替代50%泥岩配料时,可以煅烧出优质水泥熟料;煤矸石含有一定热量,煅烧熟料时得到利用,从而降低了熟料煤耗3~4kg/t,提高余热发电量1kWh/t,实现了节能降本减排的效果。
The application of substituting part of mudstone for coal gangue in cement clinker production line with waste heat power generation station and the problems in calcining process and the measures were introduced. The results showed that when 50% mudstone was replaced with gangue, qualified cement clinker still could be produced; and because gangue contained a certain energy that could be used in clinker calcination, which decreased unit clinker coal consumption at 3~4 kg/t and increased waste heat power generation at 1kWh/t, realizing energy saving and cost reducing the emission reduction.
