摘要
根据水泥抗折强度检测结果偏低的问题,进行了专门排查分析。发现操作和检测过程不规范、操作人员培训不到位、试验仪器如下料漏斗不规范、养护箱冷凝水水滴滴蚀试体严重、抗折机底座不水平、抗折夹具的影响等因素综合导致了抗折强度的偏低。经过逐一整改后,抗折强度偏低的问题得到了有效解决。
According to the problem of low cement strength lesl results,a special investigation and analysis are carried out.It is found out that the following factors cause the problem,including nonstandard operation and testing process,inadequate personnel training,nonstandard test instrument as the feeding hopper,serious condensate vvaler drop corrosion of maintenance box,uneven base ol the folding machine,folding fixture,and etc.After rectification one by one.the problem of low bending strength has been effectively solved.
