摘要
本文通过小磨试验研究了二水石膏、硬石膏、半水石膏单掺、复掺对水泥性能的影响,并进行了大磨生产试验。研究结果表明水泥中石膏掺量在5%左右性能较佳,且适当加入一定量的硬石膏即采用结晶水在8%左右的混合石膏,在保证水泥凝结、硬化性能的同时还能改善水泥与外加剂的相容性。
After lab and industrial test we concluded that the best performance of cement should be approached, if the gypsum content of cement were 5%. On the other hand if a mixed gypsum with 8% of crystal water content were added, the setting time and hardening time should be ensured and the compatibility of cement and additives could be improved.
