摘要
分析了原材料性能和镁渣配料的可行性,确定了镁渣高掺量配料方案,选择了高饱和比(高于0.95)、高硅率(高于2.7)、中铝率(1.55)的"两高一中"配料方案;采取了精细化生产工艺方案,解决了生产中存在的难题;技改了生产系统相关设备:预热器系统、分解炉系统、窑尾喂料系统、三次风阀闸阀、煤粉秤、生料秤等,形成整体的技术集成与优化方案,经过生产实践,镁渣掺量为20%时,熟料28 d抗折、抗压强度分别提高了1.0 MPa、4.3 MPa;生料磨提产22.4 t/h,回转窑提产11.25 t/h,取得显著效益。
The property of raw materials and feasibility of magnesium slag applied in raw material was analyzed, and more reasonable proportion scheme of two-high and one-middle is proposed, namely high KH above 0.95, high SM above 2.7,and middle IM 1.55. Delicacy production plan was applied, problems in production were solved, relevant equipments were improved, such as preheater, calciner, kiln end feeding system, tertiary air valve, pulverized coal scale and raw meal scale,etc, and the overall technical integration and optimization scheme was formed. After production practice, when the content of magnesium slag was 20%, the 28 days flexural strength and compressive strength of clinker were increased by 1.0 MPa and4.3 MPa respectively, and the production of raw mill and rotary kiln were increased by 22.4 t/h and 11.25 t/h, which yielded obvious benefits.
