摘要
ATOX50生料磨采用三风机工艺系统,配套的循环风机装机功率为3 800kW,其气动效率较低,导致循环风机电耗较高。实际运行中,基本是满负荷运行,成为水泥熟料生产中能耗最高的生产环节,因此,经实际调查研究之后,决定采用高效节能风机对循环风机实施整机更换,做到既满足现有生产的要求,又兼顾极限产能的发挥,改造后风机内部漏风大幅减少,进出口管道阻力降低,整机效率大幅提高。
The ATOX50 raw material mill adopts the three-fans process system, and the supporting circulating fan installed power is 3 800 kW, and its aerodynamic efficiency is low, resulting in relatively high power consumption of the circulating fan. In actual operation, it is basically full-load operation and becomes the most energy-consuming production process unit in cement clinker production. Therefore, after actual investigation and research, it is decided to adopt high-efficiency energy-saving fan to replace the circulating fan with the whole machine, so as to satisfy the existing production. The requirements also take into account the extreme production capacity. After the transformation, the air leakage inside the fan is greatly reduced,the resistance of the inlet and outlet pipes is reduced, and the efficiency of the whole machine is greatly improved.
