集团级信息管理控制系统的应用

目前国内外还没有形成一个被广泛认可的水泥集团级信息管理控制系统,各项分系统如生产管理、能源管理、设备管理和质量管理系统还处于信息孤岛的状态,将这些重要的信息合理规划统筹运用,有利于优化组合生产要素,合理配置资源,完善业务流程,控制生产成本,提高水泥企业生产效率,实现企业信息的共享和有效利用。针对水泥企业的现时需求,本文提出了一种集团级信息管理控制系统,旨在提高水泥集团的经营效益和管理水平。

At present a widely recognized cement group-level information management control system at home or abroad has not formed, the subsystem such as production management,energy management, equipment management and quality management is still in the state of information island, so applying these important information reasonably as a whole, is beneficial to the optimum combination of factors of production, the rational allocation of resources, and can improve the business processes, control the production cost, improve the efficiency of cement production, realizes the enterprise information sharing and effective use. In order to meet the present demand of cement enterprises, this paper presents a group-level information management and control system to improve the operating efficiency and management level of cement groups.
