摘要
介绍了TRMK5341水泥辊磨系统工艺流程、主要设备及运行情况,该磨机系统各项运行指标均优于合同要求,磨机运行平稳,水泥成品颗粒分布和标准稠度需水量与球磨机相当,水泥成品颗粒分布较宽,生产OPC水泥的主机电耗、选粉机和风机电耗合计约为31kWh/t,较球磨机电耗降低30%~40%。
This article introduces the process flow,main equipment and operation condition about domestic TRMK5341 vertical roller mill.Operating parameters of this vertical roller mill grinding system are better than contract requirements.This vertical roller mill is running smoothly,particle size distribution and water consumption of cement standard consistency for cement product are equivalent to ball mill,and the particle size distribution is wild.The power consumption of main motor,classifier and system fan for OPC is totally about 31.0 kWh/t.which is less by 30%~40%than ball mill.
